Terms and Conditions of Sale

Tickets are issued by ORIGIN CG TICKETING acting as the agent of the event organizer ("the Seller"). Any complaints or claims relating to the event shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller. The sale and use of this ticket are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. [Refund and Cancellation Policy] Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the event is cancelled or postponed, or as otherwise required by the applicable laws of the place of purchase/event hosting (including but not limited to the "tiered refund policy" regulatory requirements for large-scale performances in Mainland China), or at the sole discretion of the Organizer. In the event of a refund due to cancellation or statutory requirements, the refund of service fees shall be subject to the applicable laws and the official announcement of the Organizer.

2. [Ticket Replacement and Fees] The Seller reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for the replacement or re-issuance of tickets, subject to ticket availability, real-name ticketing policies (if applicable), and the Seller's policies.

3. [Right to Alter Programs] To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists/speakers, and/or vary advertised programs, ticket prices, seating arrangements, and audience capacity. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality of the event and announce any material changes in a timely manner.

4. [Admission and Latecomers] The Organizer and the venue management reserve the right to refuse admission, and each maintains its own terms of entry, which are available upon request. Latecomers may be refused admission until a suitable break in the program or during intermission.

5. [Recording and Copyright Restrictions] The unauthorized use of cameras, audio, and video recording equipment is strictly prohibited at the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to require violators to delete relevant files and leave the venue without any refund.

6. [Concessionary Tickets] Holders of concessionary tickets (such as students, seniors, or persons with disabilities) must present valid photo identification or proof of age upon entry. Failure to do so will require paying the full ticket price difference on-site or being refused admission.

7. [Ticket Validity and Real-Name Verification] Tickets that are damaged, altered, have incomplete security features, or are not purchased from ORIGIN CG TICKETING or other officially authorized channels will not be accepted for admission. For events held in Mainland China subject to real-name ticketing regulations, admission requires "three-in-one" matching verification (matching ticket, physical ID document, and facial recognition/identity of the attendee); otherwise, entry will be denied.

8. [Third-Party Links and Disclaimer] This website may contain or link to third-party websites. ORIGIN CG TICKETING has no control over such third-party websites or their content, and does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or legality of their content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORIGIN CG TICKETING shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any third-party websites.

9. [Governing Law and Language Version] These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the place where the event is held. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail, except where otherwise mandatorily required by the applicable laws of the place of purchase or event hosting (such as Mainland China laws requiring the Chinese version to prevail).
